Delivery Times

All of our jewellery is handmade to order, therefore orders can take between 1-6 weeks to make and despatch, depending on your chosen metal and delivery location.

UK
Bronze 1-2 weeks
Silver and Vermeil 2-3 weeks
Gold 3-4 weeks

Europe
Bronze 2-3 weeks
Silver and Vermeil 3-4 weeks
Gold 4-5 weeks

Rest of the world
Bronze 3-4 weeks
Silver and Vermeil 4-5 weeks
Gold 5-6 weeks

If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to the unique handmade nature of our jewellery, there may be factors that are beyond our control that increase delivery times. If there are any delays in the process we will endeavour to keep you informed.

Delivery Costs

We use Royal Mail Delivery Services. All deliveries are partially or fully tracked and require a signature upon receipt. Items cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. We will email you a link to track your delivery.

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class £8.00 (1 working day) 
A partially tracked and signed service, without compensation cover (Excludes jewellery).

Royal Mail Special Delivery £10.00 (1 working day)
A fully tracked and signed service, with full compensation cover (Includes jewellery).

Overseas
Europe £15.00 (3-5 working days)
Rest of the world £18.00 (5-7 working days)

All overseas deliveries are fully tracked and signed for services, with full compensation cover.

Please note that deliveries outside of the UK may incur duties, taxes and handling fees in the country of destination, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Redeliveries and Refunds

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address and postcode. If an incorrect address and postcode has been provided, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery cost to redeliver the order or if a customer decides to cancel the order, issue a refund minus the delivery charges incurred.
